If something isn't right with your order, we're here to resolve it fairly and promptly.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • Your order arrives damaged during transit.
  • You receive an expired product.
  • A product is missing from your order.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To initiate a request, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue to help us review your request.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

To protect the safety and hygiene of all customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered skincare or cosmetic products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or labels.
  • Requests made after the specified reporting period without a valid reason.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, where appropriate.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
